Boh Yin is a disciple of Joanna Wong and has
been trained in the art of chinese opera for many years. Moreover, she is not only an opera make-up specialist but also an
expert in the design of opera costumes and headgear.
She is a computer enthusiast
trained in Information Technology. She is also an instructor in computer courses with the People's Association.
Besides
performing in cantonese she has also performed in english and malay. She was the green snake in the english version and malay
version of Madam White Snake. Her most recent performance was in 'Tragedy of an Emporer" (english) in which she was an
empress.
